"Stopped in to get a copy of my current ID card. My agent is in Largo but I live in Palm Harbor. The ladies working claimed they could not access my info. yet the agent in S. Tampa did it last time I needed a copy. This is bad service State Farm!"

"Terrible experience with this company. I dropped my current insurance to switch to these guys because they were a few bucks cheaper. After we agreed and signed a contract for insurance, they send me a letter a week later saying my premium is going to be more than what we already had talked about. Then two weeks after that letter I got my first bill. I also got a welcome letter and also I got a letter saying that my insurance was going to be canceled because of a lapse in coverage that was two years ago. And was resolved immediately. Apparently that makes me eligible to have insurance with them and they couldn’t tell me that when I came in to start my insurance they had to wait until I canceled my current insurance now I’m back at square one and have to figure out what to do And out a few hundred dollars. Avoid this place at all costs."

They sent the office a note to give us a call because we have questions now that these changes were made, and we never received a call. We have emailed and called and no response back. We are very frustrated with this office.
Edited to add: the policy is listed in my husband's name. We definitely have the correct office as his policy on the app states this office and Mark as the agent. Thank you"
