"We have been trying to contact this office for months. We have submitted policy changes and none of them have been sent through until we called customer service. They sent the office a note to give us a call because we have questions now that these changes were made, and we never received a call. We have emailed and called and no response back. We are very frustrated with this office. Edited to add: the policy is listed in my husband's name. We definitely have the correct office as his policy on the app states this office and Mark as the agent. Thank you"

All the steps along the way... between changing vehicles, insuring houses, life insurance for us and our children. Mark and his wife Anne (and staff) have always been very informative, kind and helpful throughout.
